  • RN Supervision & Care Team – All services are provided by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), under the guidance of an RN supervisor.

  • Delivery of Supplies & Equipment – We coordinate with home equipment vendors and pharmacies to deliver necessary medical equipment, medications, and supplies to your home.

  • Medication Administration & Monitoring – Nurses administer prescribed medications, provide daily physical assessments, and closely observe your child for any changes in condition.

  • Vital Signs & Health Tracking – Daily monitoring of temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration to ensure your child’s stability.

  • Laboratory Support – Collection of lab samples and monitoring of results to assist your child’s physician in treatment decisions.

  • Nutritional Support – For children receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) or enteral feeding, our nurses monitor nutritional status and track growth indicators such as weight, length, and abdominal girth.

From the very first meeting, our team works collaboratively to design a care plan tailored to your child’s needs. We coordinate directly with your child’s physician, specialists, pharmacists, medical supply vendors, and case managers to ensure consistent, seamless care.
